Harbor Lights Resort is a family owned and operated hotel located in beautiful Northern Michigan. Founded in 1983, Harbor Lights has grown to support 83 hotel rooms and 41 luxury condominiums. Come relax, unwind, and play in one of the most beautiful spots in the country. You can tell your friends where you’re vacationing, or keep it to yourself. Either way, we can’t wait to see you!

From 1902 to today

Harbor Lights Resort has a rich history dating back to The Royal Frontenac Hotel which occupied the same location as Harbor Lights Resort does today. Learn the 120 year history of how this area expanded from a booming beach town to one of Michigan's favorite vacation destinations in 100 years later.
